Return & Exchange Policy
IMPORTANT: ALL of the products we sell are made to order meaning we do not stock merchandise. When we receive an order we get to work immediately printing and making that unique order.
For this reason we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS FOR A REFUND unless the item is damaged or defective or not delivered to correct address. We will accept a ONE TIME EXCHANGE FOR AN ITEM if it doesn’t fit or if you choose a different pattern. This has to be for the same item originally bought. Exchanges for different items than the original purchased item are not allowed.

TIP: It is important to carefully use the sizing chart for each clothing item to make your purchase wisely.
UNISEX ITEMS Unisex items usually run one size larger than other items for females. If you are a female and usually where a medium a small would be a better choice regarding items marked Unisex.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. If any item is misprinted/damaged/defective the items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Exchanges are available for items classified as CLOTHING ONLY. LIFESTYLE items which are one size fits all are NOT available to exchange. The following are a list of the items that are NOT available for exchange.
Towels, Totes, Throws, Pillows, Fanny Packs, Drawstring Bags, Mugs, Laptop Cases, Hats, Socks
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
YES. This is why we would like to offer a ONE TIME EXCHANGE If you receive an item that does not fit or if you want a different pattern.
You have 30 days from the time of placing your order. Please check out our sizing chart. We have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. This option is only available once for a specific item. Example would be if you ordered a small and it did not fit we can exchange it for a medium or an extra small depending on if it is too small or too large. The following are the conditions for doing an exchange.
We can not accept any of the following.
The item(s) have been worn or washed
The item(s) have been altered in any way
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is our fault.
The item(s) does not have the original tags on them
The item(s) were a Final Sale item
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Prior to returning any item it is imperative to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizes. A one time exchange for an item is permitted if the item does not fit. A size chart is available for each clothing item for your review
